3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Camp 60 Fit, LLC provides programs that involve physical activity, which carry inherent risks.

By participating in any program, class, online or in-person training, or event, you acknowledge and agree:

• You participate at your own risk.

• You are solely responsible for determining whether you are physically able to safely engage in exercise activities.

• You waive any claims against Camp 60 Fit, LLC, its owners, trainers, staff, contractors, or affiliates for personal injury, illness, property loss, or damages.

• Parents/guardians assume all risks on behalf of minors participating in Camp 60 youth classes or events.

This waiver applies to in-person, virtual, and recorded content.

5. Payments & Billing Payment Terms

All payments for services, memberships, classes, products, and digital downloads must be made through the payment systems provided on the Site.

Recurring Billing for Memberships

• Online memberships may bill automatically on a recurring cycle (monthly/annual).

• You authorize Camp 60 Fit, LLC to process charges automatically until canceled.

Refund Policy

• Digital downloads: Non-refundable.

• Online memberships: Cancel anytime with 30-day notice, but no refunds for billing periods already started.

• Training sessions / boot camps: Refunds follow the cancellation policy listed at checkout.

• Events: Non-refundable unless canceled by Camp 60 Fit, LLC.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your membership or service through your account or by contacting us directly.

Camp 60 Fit, LLC may cancel or reschedule classes, events, or services at its discretion. If Camp 60 cancels a paid event or session, a credit or refund may be issued.

7. Digital Product Usage

All PDFs, downloads, guides, meal plans, course materials, and digital content are for personal use only and may not be:

• Copied

• Shared

• Reposted

• Resold

• Distributed

• Used commercially

• Recreated or reproduced in any form

Violation may result in account termination or legal action.

8. Intellectual Property
