A structured daytime fitness program designed for homeschool families.

Kids learn foundational movement skills, coordination, agility, teamwork, and confidence through purposeful, fun workouts. Each session blends calisthenics, games, obstacle-based drills, and age-appropriate challenges that keep kids active and engaged.
