AFTERSCHOOL FITNESS PROGRAM

A fun, structured after-school fitness program for elementary and middle school students.

Our Fitness Program brings purposeful movement, teamwork, and confidence-building activities to students after school. Classes include age-appropriate strength work, coordination drills, games, and healthy habit education, all in a positive, supportive environment.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Guided warm-up and movement preparation

  • Skill-focused conditioning drills

  • Rotating strength and agility stations

  • Baseline and progress assessments

  • Individual performance tracking

  • Structured cool-down and recovery

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

  • 1-hour Fitness session

  • Offered up to 2 days per week

  • All equipment provided

  • Designed for elementary & middle school students

  • Start dates depend on school approval
