In addition to Palm Harbor, FL an additional training location is in the works in the Westchase Tampa area. Limited personal training is available by request in the Westchase area, including nearby communities such as Town ‘n’ Country, Oldsmar, and Citrus Park. Group fitness CLASSES

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 6:30 AM • 8:30 AM • 6:30 PM
SATURDAY: 6:30 AM

Structured group fitness classes for adults and teens, focused on strength, endurance, and consistency.

These sessions combine functional strength, conditioning, mobility, and intentional movement. All fitness levels are welcome. Coach Jason provides clear instruction, proper form guidance, and safe progressions within structured workouts designed to help you build strength week after week.

Primarily outdoor, community-based, and built for real results.

small group training

Small group training follows a structured plan created by Coach Jason, with sessions limited to five participants to ensure individualized attention and quality coaching.

Train in a focused small group setting with close instruction on strength, mobility, technique, and long-term progress. Programming is adjusted as needed to support proper form, safe progressions, and consistent improvement.

Availability is limited to maintain a high level of coaching attention. A waitlist may be used when sessions are full.

1-on-1 personal training

Work directly with Coach Jason in a fully personalized session focused on strength, mobility, technique, and long-term progress. Each workout is tailored to your needs and adjusted in real time to keep you moving safely and effectively.

homeschool pe program

A structured daytime fitness program designed for homeschool families.

Kids learn foundational movement skills, coordination, agility, teamwork, and confidence through purposeful, fun workouts. Each session blends calisthenics, games, obstacle-based drills, and age-appropriate challenges that keep kids active and engaged.

Enrollment is limited to maintain safety and quality.
Early registration is recommended.

after-school fitness

A movement-based after-school program that helps kids burn energy, build confidence, and stay active after the school day. Each session combines cardio games, strength-based play, obstacle stations, and guided calisthenics disguised as fun.

Kids improve coordination, balance, discipline, and body awareness — all in a positive, structured environment.

Available only at participating partner schools.
